Raustin Mortgage Service is a full-service mortgage broker. As a broker we are the link between you, the borrower, and one of several lenders that provide residential mortgages. We represent several lenders offering literally hundreds of mortgage programs. Our service does save you time and money. If one lender is unable to provide a mortgage for your particular situation, we will likely find one that will. We are able to offer you a choice of lenders and programs.

It is important for you to know that while we are the "middleman" we do not mark up our rates. As a broker, we are offered wholesale rates from the lenders we represent. This means that the rates we offer are equal to or below those offered to the public directly from a lender. In most instances, our fee is paid in the form of a yield-spread premium (commission) by the lender.

Raustin Mortgage is locally owned and operated. Our loan originators are actually Mortgage Consultants. Our goal is to find the mortgage that meets your needs. It is important that you are involved in the process of determining which mortgage is best for you! We provide the information and direction necessary for you to make informed, accurate decisions regarding your mortgage.

Our commitment is to provide you with service and value that leads you to refer others to us and to use our services again when the need arises. When your mortgage closes, we do not consider this the end of our relationship, rather the beginning.
